Matt’s experience covers the worlds of PR, communications and journalism. He has worked as a PR agency consultant, before becoming PRWeek’s news editor, and then joining the PRCA as deputy director general – finally launching Carta Communications in 2019.
Neha has seven years of experience of working in communications, public affairs and policy. She led the PRCA’s public affairs and policy team where she oversaw the association’s work on lobbying, employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and ethical standards within the industry.
Lisa is a consumer news specialist, with over 20 years’ experience working for the PR industry’s top agencies. She worked at leading independent agency Lansons for 17 years as both a director and partner, where she won a host of awards for her work.
Jonathan has 13 years’ experience across B2B and tech communications campaigns. A real media hound, he has extensive media relations experience across press including national business, marketing and customer experience.
Crispin has over 30 years’ experience of running both public and private businesses and leading Boards of membership organisations. The PR agency he built was the fastest growing PR company in the UK in 1991, the No.2 performer over a decade in 1997 and one of the Top 5 PR firms to work for.

During an eclectic journalistic career spanning two decades, Penelope has edited glossy consumer magazines, been chief sub-editor on a tabloid newspaper, launched international finance and technology titles, and masterminded multi-channel content campaigns. Her specialities include ESG, reputation intelligence, SMEs and start-ups, careers, travel, and obscure sporting contests.
